Fin Shipping Policy

At Fin, we carefully prepare and ship your order so it arrives ready for adventure. Please review the details below:

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within up to 7 business days of purchase.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide except to the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: 7 business days after dispatch

  • Australia: 10 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 20 business days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delivery Issues

  • Once your order has been handed to the courier, FIN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@finforsurf.com with your order number so we can help.

Replacements for Damaged Items

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
